Demonstrates exceptional sportsmanship, respects opponents, coaches, and umpires, and carries themselves with integrity in every situation — win or lose.
Did something that made people stop and take notice — an extraordinary play, an inspirational moment, or a story that sets this player apart from everyone else.
Puts the team first. Encourages struggling players, celebrates others' success, and elevates the energy and culture of their dugout every single day.
Makes a difference beyond the diamond — volunteering, mentoring younger players, showing up for their school or community in meaningful ways.
