USSSA Content Terms & Conditions

Content Release & License Agreement

By submitting content (including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, written testimonials, and personal information) through this platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of License

You grant the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display the submitted content across all USSSA social media channels, websites, marketing materials, and digital platforms.

2. Content Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are the owner of the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals depicted in the content. For content featuring minors (individuals under 18), you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or have obtained consent from the parent or legal guardian.

3. Right to Edit

USSSA reserves the right to edit, crop, filter, or otherwise modify submitted content for length, clarity, or creative purposes while maintaining the general spirit of the original content.

4. Attribution

USSSA will make reasonable efforts to credit content creators when featuring their submissions, but is not obligated to provide attribution in all cases.

5. No Compensation

You acknowledge that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of submitted content. The benefit of being featured on USSSA's channels is the sole consideration.

6. Removal Requests

You may request removal of your content from USSSA's platforms by contacting USSSA directly. USSSA will make reasonable efforts to remove content upon request, though content that has already been shared or redistributed by third parties may remain accessible.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through this platform (name, email, phone) will be used solely for the purpose of managing content submissions and contacting you regarding featured content. Your information will not be sold to third parties.
